SUMMARY:ECTC #4 - Juniors
DESCRIPTION:ECTC #4 Jr. Elkhorn @ Koch	(5 downloads)\n \n\n	ECTC #4 Jr Team Report	(3 downloads)\n \n\n	ECTC #4 Jr. Squad Matrix	(3 downloads)\n \nCHECK IN TIME IS 7:15 AM \nJust a reminder that the Middle School shooters will be shooting at Koch Trap Range at Seymour Smith Park this week (northeast corner of 72nd and Harrison).  I have attached the Junior Shoot Flyer for this weekend.  The Covid rules for Koch are considerable different than Papillion Gun Club so please review.  One key thing that you may want to take advantage of is the fact that they are not restricting attendance at the meet so this would be the one to bring those extra family members too. \nThe teams will be shooting on traps 3 and 4 this week.  These traps are north of the club house\, you may want to consider this when you are parking.  Juniors will begin shooting at 8am  Elkhorn Trap will provide the scorers but each team will be responsible for the safety person to assist at each trap for their team/individuals.  Please be sure the juniors take both boxes to the line with them.  If a trap is running a little slow be prepared to move over to an open trap but Elkhorn will advise before making this change. \nThere will be shoot-offs as necessary and an outdoor awards ceremony outside the east doors of the clubhouse.  We are keeping the clubhouse limited to public restroom usage and coaches.  As usual\, masks are required inside of the clubhouse.  Let me know if you have any questions.  It’s going to be a great day for the weather!  Good luck everyone \n

SUMMARY:ECTC #4 - Seniors
DESCRIPTION:ECTC #4 Papillion Invitational 4-03	(4 downloads)\n \n\n	ECTC #4 PCG Parking Map 4-03	(3 downloads)\n \n\n	ECTC #4 Sr Team List	(4 downloads)\n \n\n	ECTC #4 Sr. by Squad & Post	(6 downloads)\n \n\n	ECTC #4 Sr. by Name	(7 downloads)\n \nCHECK IN TIME IS 6:45 AM \nThe plan is to run the first handicap squads for the first 3 flights. There will be a 2nd handicap run after the 16 yard event.  So if you shoot in the first 3 flights please look for handicap squads around the beginning of flight 6.  We will plan on having a copy of the assignments by the skeet house west of trap 1. \nCOVID \n\nCovid expectations are detailed in shoot flyer. Use good judgement and common sense. The clubhouse will be closed with the exception of coaches making payments\, coaches picking up paperwork\, or using the bathrooms. Masking is required at all times in the clubhouse. Both bathrooms in the clubhouse will be for the exclusive use of women. Men will have to use porta-johns on the grounds. \nSquads \nThe squad map is attached along with the squad assignments. \nParking \nParking at PGC is limited. The parking map coordinates with the squad map to put your teams near the traps they will shoot 16’s on. YOU LILKELY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIT YOUR WHOLE TEAM INTO YOUR PARKING AREA. Many teams have trailers/tents\, etc. You will need to plan on having those in your areas as well as few people parking in that area. See page 2 of the parking plan for additional parking needs. I have also noted some areas on the east side of the grounds where your teams will have to double park. On the west side\, in the main parking lot this will be single parking. We also ask to limit the number of people on the grounds due to COVID. We ask that each participant have a maximum of two spectators\, for both COVID and parking. We will have people helping with managing parking.  Please park in our designated areas only\, additional parking availability in the well field will likely occur. The weather has been kind to us with no rain and very dry conditions\, this keeps us from tearing up the grass. The city of Papillion allows us to park there for overflow conditions so long as we don’t destroy the grass there. \nWe also have neighbors\, personal residences\, to the east and west of the club grounds. The requires us to keep a road width path open at all times. This is non-negotiable and if necessary\, we will stop the shoot to comply with this safety need. The expectation for a clear area is marked on the parking map. \nScoring \nThe team will need to supply scoring for your squads on the 16 yard event. We will also be responsible for scoring the same squad numbers during the handicap event.  Please talk to Kim during check-in if you would like to score. \nCommunication \nThere is no public address system at PGC. An air horn will be used to communicate to the entire shoot. The 10 minute warning for the first handicap squads will be one air horn blast. Two blasts will indicate handicap shooting will need to begin. \nRange marshals\, runners\, and other shoot workers will have fluorescent green vents. Please communicate any issues you or your team may have with them. These will be escalated to me if they cannot find a solution quickly. \nConcessions \nThe southeast corner of the clubhouse will have breakfast\, lunch\, soft drinks and snacks via window service. These will be served in to-go containers. The south window on the southeast corner is where you can order\, pay\, and receive food. \nWe will not be having our usual food service this week. \nOther \nWe have an agreement with the Hawaiian Village homeowners association that prohibits us from shooting prior to 8:00 AM.  If you are in the first squads please make sure to be at your assigned trap ready to shoot at 8:00 a.m.  A reminder Jacob Hirschfeld will be singing the national anthem again this weekend prior to the beginning of the shot. \nWe are expecting this to be a long day\, your patience and understanding will be appreciated. \n  \n\n
