This is an all day event\, so please plan accordingly \nParking: \n– There is no designated parking\, so please be on the look out for parking personnel to assist you. \nMask Update: \n– Mask requirements during competitions will be mandated by the hosting gun club and will be followed at all times. We are highly recommending masks be worn when you are not able to socially distance. (i.e. students sitting in cars together\, closely at tables\, etc.) \n\nOther items: \nPlease review the flier for last weeks shoot regarding food for purchase and club rules during the shoot. \nWeather will be different for each event\, so dress appropriately. Don’t forget your team shirt!! \nAs of now\, clubhouses at these events will be closed for general public use. Restrooms will be available\, however hanging out and warming up in the clubhouse will not be permitted.  This might be a season of tailgating! \n

Look for the school flags and sponsor banners. Handicaps will be determined after all the 16’s are finished. \n– Once shooters have completed their 16’s\, they will need to tell Coach Scott Campbell their score. This will help determine handicaps. \n– Shooters WILL NOT be permitted to leave unless they are checked out by Coach Rick Jones. This is an all day event\, so please plan accordingly \nParking:  \n– There is no designated parking for this event. Please refer to the map enclosed for parking near the PLVTT tent. \n– The team sponsor banner will be displayed\, so you know you are in the correct place. \nMask Update:  \n– Mask requirements during competitions will be mandated by the hosting gun club and will be followed at all times. We are highly recommending masks be worn when you are not able to socially distance. (i.e. students sitting in cars together\, closely at tables\, etc.) Please refer to the shoot fliers for each event. \nOther items: \nFor this event\, lunch will be provided. Masks will be worn in the tent area and while getting food. Once students have completed their 16’s\, we encourage them to eat so they are ready to go when handicaps are announced. \nWeather will be different for each event\, so dress appropriately. Don’t forget your team shirt!! \nAs of now\, clubhouses at these events will be closed for general public use. Restrooms will be available\, however hanging out and warming up in the clubhouse will not be permitted.  This might be a season of tailgating! \nAdditional Shoot Details from Shoot Director: \nWe will run a report for individual 16yd scores after the first 2 flights and post them on the glass. \nHandicap assignment admin reports will be run after 16’s are completed so there will be a 15-20 minute delay in between 16’s and the start of handicaps. \nWe will begin shooting at 8am. \nOn a side note we do have some fun and exciting individual awards to hand out this week!!! \nAs a result of the nice weather\, shoot-offs for All awards will take place and an Awards presentation will be held outside of the clubhouse when finished up. \nAs far as parking\, I think we all can work together and use a little common sense so  that “assigned parking” will not need to be marked out.  Each team is concentrated on certain traps(see matrix).  Each team can set up tents or home base in front of or near their assigned traps and utilize those parking spots.  Once your general area is full the rest of your team/parents can park in the other Public Parking Lots. \nRemember: \n-Clubhouse is closed other than coaches conducting business and/or the public restroom. \n100 targets (50 16yds\, 50 handicaps)
