Check In Time: 6:30 AM
– All shooters will check in at the covered picnic area located on the map with a BLUE dot.
– If you are not checked in by 6:45, expect a phone call!
Shoot times:
– Once the event has started, shoot times can vary based upon how squads are shooting.
– Please review the enclosed squad and trap information to know where and when you are shooting.
– Shooters are responsible for getting to their assigned trap earlier than the scheduled time and with all equipment. It is recommended that you check your scheduled trap frequently to see how other teams are shooting.
– The schedule times listed in the attachment are only for the 16’s and not handicaps. Handicaps will be determined after all the 16’s are finished.
– Shooters WILL NOT be permitted to leave unless they are checked out by Coach Rick Jones. This is an all day event, so please plan accordingly
Parking:
– On the enclosed map, please locate the star where we would like our shooters to park. This is not designated parking and will fill up fast.
– The team sponsor banner will be displayed, so you know you are in the correct place.
Mask Update:
– Per the parent meeting last night, the Executive Board has made a change to the mask mandate for our team. Masks are not required but are highly recommended to be worn at practice when you are not able to socially distance. Masks will be worn in the clubhouse.
– Mask requirements during competitions will be mandated by the hosting gun club and will be followed at all times. We are highly recommending masks be worn when you are not able to socially distance. (i.e. students sitting in cars together, closely at tables, etc.)
Other items:
For this event, the team will NOT be providing food. Please review the fliers for each shoot and plan accordingly.
Weather will be different for each event, so dress appropriately. Don’t forget your team shirt!!
As of now, clubhouses at these events will be closed for general public use. Restrooms will be available, however hanging out and warming up in the clubhouse will not be permitted. This might be a season of tailgating!
