100 targets (50 16yds, 50 handicaps)

Bellevue has decided to make changes to the shoot program for this week,
they are detailed in the revised shoot flyer attached. The change to the
program are to promote a more competitive and efficient shoot. We all
recognized a bit of a bottleneck in the determination of awards at the
last Bellevue shoot. To combat that while also affording our kids the
opportunity to earn their awards through the high-intensity experience
of one-on-one competition, ALL ties will be determined by shoot offs.
Additionally, and weather permitting, an awards ceremony will be held
outdoors. Winners will be announced and asked to collect their awards
from a table to minimize close contact.

With the plan for all ties to be shoot off and an actual award ceremony
held it will be imperative that you make sure to give Coach Scott
Campbell your scores if you need to leave early. Remember to check out
with  Coach Jones before you leave.

The trailer and tent will be set up, please check in by 6:30 a.m.
Handicaps will be set again halfway through the 16s, if you shoot early
please check back in at the trailer about 9:45 to 10:00 a.m. for
assignments for the first half of handicaps.  The second half of
handicaps assignments will probably be ready around 11 a.m.
